The customer has to inform the store about the decision to request a refund of the product by calling the shop where it was purchased or visit it in person. The money will be returned to the specified bank account.
The refund to a bank account takes up to 10 bank business days. If an order is paid for but cancelled, it will take up to 10 bank business days to be refunded from the moment the order is cancelled.
