Wet-aged beef patties with mustard are created for those who appreciate spiciness combined with classic taste. Selected beef has undergone a long maturation process by wet aging at low temperatures for 14-21 days. During this time, the beef is fermented and develops a bright flavour.

After maturation, the beef is cut, seasoned with spices and American mustard, and chilled with shock freeze to maintain its quality and flavour. All you have to do is fry the patties and assemble your favourite burger.

Ingredients: wet-aged beef, American mustard, salt and pepper. Cook on a conventional or Teflon frying pan, in a convection oven, on a grill, or barbecue.
