Delivery is available within the area indicated on the map. The delivery of orders within 2 km, as well as for orders over 1000 UAH, is cost-free. In other cases, the delivery price is 100 UAH.

The customer has to inform the store about the decision to request a refund of the product by calling the shop where it was purchased or visit it in person. The money will be returned to the specified bank account.

The refund to a bank account takes up to 10 bank business days. If an order is paid for but cancelled, it will take up to 10 bank business days to be refunded from the moment the order is cancelled.

We draw your attention to the fact that the assortment includes products sold by weight (steaks, beef patties, etc.). Accordingly, the final weight of the products and their cost may differ from those specified by you when ordering.
